Recruiter II

Experis is hiring a Solutions Architect Recruiter II to support the Talent Acquisition department’s Commercial Sector teams in Seattle, WA (fully onsite). This 11-month contract role offers weekly pay and an opportunity to build long-term talent pipelines for complex technical hiring needs.

You will be part of a recruiting team that values strong communication and data-driven sourcing. The position focuses on engaging passive and qualified candidates for challenging requisitions, while also improving how job descriptions and messaging resonate with the market.

What you’ll do

• Use multiple sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach, to identify and engage candidates for complex requisitions.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to increase lead volume, while monitoring external talent pipelines and market trends.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop enduring candidate networks and contribute to best practices for job descriptions and candidate messaging.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely updates and personalized engagement throughout the recruiting process.
• Own and manage recruiting programs such as referral drives, networking events, and conference engagement to strengthen the talent pipeline.

What you bring

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in corporate staffing environments.
• Proven sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills, including experience managing multiple requisitions.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Experience applying data-driven recruiting practices, including setting benchmarks and tracking metrics.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and ATS systems.

• Location: Seattle, WA (fully onsite)
• Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (flexible)
• Pay range: $40-45 per hour plus benefits
• Duration: 11-month contract with potential for hire or extension
