Recruiter - in house

Responsibilities

As an in-house Recruiter, you will help shape and execute the company’s recruiting approach while partnering with department managers to understand future hiring needs.

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post open roles to appropriate job boards
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other channels
• Review candidate resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees so they become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Serve as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process
• Promote the company’s reputation as a “best place to work”

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews
• Hands-on experience with selection processes such as phone interviewing and reference checks
