Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Pronto Fulfillment LLC is seeking a Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for manufacturing roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle across Production, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and other functions. This on-site role is based in Manassas, VA with an ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for a range of manufacturing and business roles within a rapidly growing dietary supplement producer.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local talent networks.
• Perform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to capture business needs, refine postings, and align on hiring priorities.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring requirements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of recruitment activities in line with EEO guidelines and internal procedures.
• Represent Pronto at career fairs, university events, and in community partnerships.
• Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or operations-based organizations.
• Track record of filling roles in Production, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related functions.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities, with proficiency using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• On-site work in Manassas, VA is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with cGMP, FDA regulations, or SQF standards.
• Experience recruiting within the Northern Virginia (NOVA) or Washington D.C. metro area.
• Experience participating in university partnerships, career fairs, or employer branding initiatives.
