Recruiter – Staffing Agency Experience Required

Alliance Employment Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive high‑volume hiring in Madison, Wisconsin. This role centers on full‑cycle recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and general labour positions, with staffing agency experience preferred. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive annual salary in the USD 60,000 to 65,000 range.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Conduct high-volume hiring for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and general labour positions
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Creating and promoting job advertisements
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates efficiently
• Coordinate hiring processes with clients and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Meet and exceed hiring targets and fill positions within tight deadlines
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience
