Job Description

Impact Bio is scaling its Talent Acquisition team, and you can help shape a smoother, more candidate-friendly hiring experience. This onsite contract role in Atlanta, GA offers a collaborative environment where your work has a visible impact, along with the opportunity to support a high-performing team serving a diversified client portfolio. The position also has the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full hiring flow as the point person for interviews, schedules, and candidate communication, ensuring a high level of care from start to finish.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers to schedule candidates for open positions while maintaining strong customer service throughout the process.
  • Provide clear updates to hiring managers, candidates, and internal partners on interview schedules and candidate status.
  • Craft, refresh, and optimize job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn and the ATS, helping each role attract the right talent.
  • Post and refresh job ads in the ImpactBio Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn, Client Applicant Tracking Systems, and other external job boards.
  • Assist with resume screening by reviewing candidates in the ATS, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
  • Maintain and update internal employee and client rosters.
  • Proactively research job boards, scheduling tools, and related resources that may improve departmental efficiency and support cost savings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous experience as a Recruiting / HR Coordinator or in a related Human Resources or Administrative role.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and external job boards is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of various teams and committees.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diversity of individuals across all organizational levels, with good judgment and timely decision-making.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team approach, with commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and intrapersonal communication skills.
  • Versatility and willingness to work through constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
