Recruiting Manager

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager to support client growth and expand new business opportunities in Bridgewater, NJ. In this onsite role, you will introduce accounting and finance staffing services through video, telephone, and in-person meetings while recruiting, evaluating, and placing full-time talent.

What you’ll do

• Develop and grow a client base and pursue new business opportunities.
• Introduce services to new and existing clients through video, telephone, and in-person meetings to increase utilization.
• Recruit, evaluate, and place accounting and finance professionals into full-time positions with clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Maintain consistent communication and career guidance for candidates.
• Participate in industry trade associations to increase local community presence.

Qualifications

• A business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of success, with excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to leverage experience to manage and grow the business.

Compensation

• Salary range: $48,000 to $88,000 per year.
