Job Description

Bitsight is seeking a Global Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition strategy, oversee the Recruiting Specialist, and drive data-driven, inclusive hiring for technical roles across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a player-coach by personally managing full-cycle recruiting for critical global roles, with a strong emphasis on technical positions such as Software Engineering, Product Management, Cybersecurity, and Data Science.
  • Directly manage, mentor, and align the Recruiting Specialist with shifting business priorities.
  • Establish clear performance goals and support the professional growth of the team member.
  • Serve as the internal expert for Workday, ensuring ATS workflows are optimized, clean, and compliant.
  • Utilize Workday data and analytics to monitor metrics like time-to-fill, candidate pass-through rates, and pipeline health, identifying bottlenecks and presenting solutions to leadership.
  • Maintain high data integrity within Workday to deliver a transparent, positive candidate experience globally.
  • Coordinate and execute recruiting efforts across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
  • Navigate international employment standards, compensation trends, and hiring compliance with local HR and legal teams.
  • Collaborate with employer-of-record providers or local entities to ensure seamless onboarding of international hires.
  • Design and implement structured, skills-based interviewing methodologies focused on core competencies and minimizing bias.
  • Proactively expand sourcing pipelines to reach broad, representative pools of talent across geographies and backgrounds.
  • Ensure recruiting practices align with evolving regional labor laws, compliance requirements, and equal opportunity standards.

Requirements

  • Technical recruiting expertise with 5+ years of full-cycle experience filling complex technical roles in fast-moving SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech environments (e.g., Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Product Managers).
  • Hands-on Workday experience as an Applicant Tracking System, including building workflows, running reports, and maintaining data integrity.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience mentoring or directly managing recruiting team members.
  • Global perspective with proven success managing international candidate pipelines and cross-border hiring.
  • Commitment to objective, merit-based hiring frameworks, such as structured behavioral interviewing.
  • Agile player-coach capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on sourcing and screening.
  • Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and related techniques to build pipelines for complex technical roles and attract passive talent.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional, multicultural global teams.

As the Recruiting Manager, you will lead and optimize Bitsight’s global recruiting efforts, directly mentoring the Recruiting Specialist while driving the strategy for highly technical, globally distributed roles.
