Job Description

The Regional Field Recruiter will manage end-to-end management recruitment across Foot Locker's regional store portfolio from an onsite footprint in Miami, FL, with an annual salary range of USD 60,000 to 68,000. This role emphasizes external store management hiring and acts as the iCIMS subject-matter expert for the region.

Overview

The Field Recruiter is responsible for delivering high-quality management candidates across a regional store network. The role encompasses sourcing, interviewing, and screening with a primary focus on external managerial hires. Sourcing will leverage multiple channels such as iCIMS, LinkedIn, Indeed, social platforms, and professional networks, while interview and selection processes are conducted against a consistent set of qualifications. The recruiter will build a bench of qualified candidates to address current and anticipated staffing needs and will serve as the iCIMS ATS expert for the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified store management candidates through internal and external networks, including the hiring portal, career fairs, colleges, social media, and online platforms.
  • Build candidate pipelines from diverse source channels to meet forecasted roles.
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment for the assigned regional territory, from sourcing and resume review to interviewing, coordinating with hiring teams, and guiding offers to acceptance.
  • Support candidate selection by interviewing applicants, evaluating responses to assessments, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arrange and coordinate interview schedules and logistics.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers and conducting interviews against a standardized set of criteria.
  • Partner with the Regional Vice President, HR, and field leaders to determine staffing needs, review succession plans, and monitor internal talent changes.
  • Maintain positive relationships with hiring managers to keep them informed throughout the selection process.
  • Develop community partnerships to attract talent from surrounding geographic areas.
  • Participate as a collaborative team member and contribute to a constructive work environment.
  • Support career fairs and assist HR on capital project recruitment, including new stores, community stores, and power stores, with a primary focus on external store management recruitment.
  • Leverage data to analyze and improve talent acquisition practices, including tools and processes.
  • Enhance organizational attractiveness by proposing new practices, monitoring offers and compensation practices, and highlighting benefits and perks.
  • Serve as the iCIMS applicant tracking system expert for requisitions, reporting, and postings.
  • Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and coordinate with hiring managers to minimize legal risk.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills to keep stakeholders updated on requisition status, including Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and applicants; solid presentation abilities.
  • Proven recruitment and sourcing capabilities with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Experience using metrics to set goals, diagnose trends, and measure recruiting performance; able to analyze data and propose solutions to business challenges.
  • Innovative and curious problem-solver with the ability to identify root causes and drive process improvements.
  • Independent, self-motivated, with high integrity, sound business judgment, and strong prioritization skills.
  • Experience building and managing recruitment programs or new initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or working toward a degree (Business or Human Resources) or equivalent professional experience; minimum of 2 years retail recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
