Senior Recruiter
Job Description
The Senior Recruiter role centers on full life cycle recruitment for high-volume construction roles in the Albuquerque area. This position offers hybrid work arrangements and up to 10 percent travel.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
- Lead the sourcing, screening, and assessment of candidates for qualifications and fit.
- Primary focus on recruiting within electrical, mechanical, structural, soft crafts, and coatings construction fields.
- Continuously explore new methods to attract talent and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Adopt a proactive sourcing approach and actively pursue top talent rather than waiting for openings or instructions.
- Contribute to strengthening Loenbro's employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry functions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven success proactively recruiting high-volume craft and technical talent; preference for candidates with an established construction industry talent network.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Hands on experience with a wide range of ATS platforms, with a high preference for Greenhouse; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Salary
Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 per year.

Work Environment
- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
- Potential visits to outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes. Must be able to walk jobsites, climb stairs, and use tools to overcome site obstacles.

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Travel requirements: up to 10 percent of time.
