Senior Representative Talent Acquisition

This onsite Senior Representative role supports the Talent Acquisition team by delivering strong administrative support and candidate-focused service for hourly production hiring across assigned plant locations in Springdale, AR.

Location and Work Setup

Springdale, AR (onsite). The position will be based at either one of Tyson’s poultry facilities or the Tyson on Thompson office in Springdale, AR. This role operates on 1ST SHIFT (United States of America).

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $20.67 - $35.10 (USD $20 - $35 per hourly). Relocation assistance: No.

Role Summary

The Senior Representative Talent Acquisition provides outstanding customer service and administrative support to applicants and the Talent Acquisition team. The position assists with recruitment-related tasks to support department goals and metrics while ensuring an effective candidate experience and adherence to compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the plant HR team throughout the process, including application review, interview scheduling, and offer creation and extension.
• Organize, schedule, and confirm interviews for hourly production hiring.
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to maintain a candidate experience that exceeds expectations and aligns with Tyson Foods guidelines.
• Assist with hiring activities while meeting applicable compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including orientation support and I-9 related tasks.

Requirements

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience: 1 year of talent acquisition or event planning (preferred).
• Computer skills: Strong computer skills; use of an applicant tracking system is preferred.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written skills.
• Languages: Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, with fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Arabic.
• Special skills: Attention to detail.
