Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant β Wealth Management, Columbus, OH (onsite) with Huntington Bank.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of the business segments you support and establish trusted advisory ties with internal and external experts.
- With leadership, design recruiting roadmaps and strategies that tell Huntington's story to candidates through an inclusion-centered lens.
- Apply market intelligence and cultivated relationships to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Foster collaborative relationships with peers, leveraging expertise and sharing best practices.
- Strengthen and maintain productive business and peer relationships to drive outcomes.
- Clarify required skills and competencies to construct strong candidate profiles for top performers.
- Sourcing and attracting high-caliber talent for each role while assessing fit to organization, team, and position.
- Present candidate strengths and weaknesses and address objections in the hiring process.
- Challenge the status quo by seeking improvements and embracing change.
- Drive results, persevere, and use measurements to evaluate personal performance.
- Understand external talent market forces and the broader business context affecting hiring.
- Stay curious and tenacious, exploring all avenues to identify top talent.
- Exhibit flexibility, organizational skill, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic culture.
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with professional demeanor and grammar.
- Maintain intellectual curiosity to learn new approaches and technologies for a more measurable recruiting process.
- Anticipate needs beyond routine task completion and act proactively.
- Comply with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Leverage MS Office, Internet tools, and Workday to research, network, and implement inclusion-based recruiting strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ten years of full-cycle recruiting in place of a degree.

Compensation
- Compensation range: $57,000 - $113,000 annually
Exempt Status
- Exempt: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)
- Non-exempt: No (eligible for overtime pay)
