Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sollis Health is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its New York City headquarters. The role combines a hybrid work arrangement with in-person collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and responsibilities span full-cycle recruiting across functions and levels, all guided by a data-driven, insights-led approach in partnership with C-suite leadership. Compensation ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and levels, including executive hires.
• Collaborate closely with the C-suite and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Apply data analytics and, where appropriate, AI capabilities to shape recruiting strategies, measure outcomes, and optimize processes.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring best practices.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with People, HR, and leadership teams to align recruiting efforts with broader organizational goals.
• Utilize recruiting tools, systems, and reporting to sustain operational excellence.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels, including executive roles.
• Proven experience influencing and collaborating with senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and analytics to guide decisions.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
• Commitment to delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
