Skilled Trades Recruiter

Power Home Remodeling is expanding quickly and bringing in a Skilled Trades Recruiter to help support national skilled trades and operations hiring. This is an onsite role in Wilmington, DE with a compensation package built for performance and long-term security, including base salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

You will partner closely with a team of recruiters and department leadership to attract and engage top talent, while working in a metrics-driven environment that tracks key recruiting activity from initial phone calls through interviews and placements. The company also emphasizes growth, providing state-of-the-art training and technology plus opportunities for mentorship and development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs.
• Manage multiple tasks at once through strong planning and follow-through.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Work effectively in a metrics-driven environment by tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and support an efficient hiring process.
• Build and sustain relationships with candidates to improve candidate experience and ensure role alignment.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work full time in the office.
• Driven by candidate satisfaction.
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills plus verbal and written communication and reliable follow-up.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to support a smooth recruitment process.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred.
• Open to receiving guidance and mentorship focused on personal and professional growth.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience.
