Skilled Trades Recruiter – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Fuse Staffing is expanding across Texas markets, including Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio, and is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Skilled Trades Recruiter to help deliver reliable, performance-driven staffing for skilled trades employers. Based in Austin, TX (onsite), this role partners with internal teams and clients to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities, then executes recruiting through phone-based screening, targeted sourcing, and consistent candidate communication through placement.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for skilled trades, construction, commercial electrical, industrial, and manufacturing positions
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of electricians and other in-demand skilled trades talent
- Handle high-volume recruiting while keeping candidate quality at the center of every placement
- Conduct phone interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, availability, and job fit
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and job placements
- Partner with Account Managers and clients to align recruiting efforts with workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
- Source talent using job boards, social media, referrals, texting campaigns, community outreach, and other creative strategies
- Meet recruiting, placement, and performance goals consistently
What You Bring
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Strong preference for experience recruiting in skilled trades, commercial construction, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or light industrial markets
- Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment
- Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Competitive mindset: self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using an ATS or staffing software

Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 per year base pay, plus uncapped commission and incentives.
