Compensation

Salary: USD 72,000 - 126,100 per year

About the role

This onsite role in Atlanta, GA centers on AWS Data Center recruitment, focusing on building candidate pipelines, proactively sourcing passive candidates, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to fill data center openings within AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective sourcing strategies for Data Center positions, using market knowledge to locate and engage passive candidates through appropriate channels
  • Proactively identify passive candidates, assess initial fit, and understand motivations to nurture strong pipelines
  • Share sourcing insights and market intelligence with recruiters and hiring managers regarding talent availability, competitive landscape, and effective engagement approaches
  • Create sourcing models and implement comprehensive search strategies using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other tools to identify candidates
  • Recommend innovative ideas that enhance pipeline health and quality, adopting new techniques for hard to fill technical openings
  • Document sourcing plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and metrics to track pipeline development and candidate engagement effectiveness
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications and interest before advancing qualified candidates
  • Participate in special projects and sourcing initiatives to identify passive networking talent

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-volume environments with a high hiring standard
  • Experience developing candidate sourcing and closing strategies
