Sr Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment for high-volume operations and functional roles, delivering timely and high-quality hires.
• Provide market-informed insights and recommendations to Hiring Managers and candidates based on current industry trends.
• Design, implement, and promote best practices and process improvements to optimize the recruitment workflow.
• Utilize a range of sourcing tools and channels including job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM) to keep candidate information current.
• Conduct interviews to identify top talent and assess fit.
• Lead hiring events and recruitment campaigns as needed.
• Maintain and strive to exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and recruitment metrics.
• Demonstrate leadership and process management by mentoring others.
• Identify potential recruitment challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years of experience, required
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, required
• Advanced knowledge and utilization of ATS and CRM tools, required
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, required
• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms, required
• Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders, required
• Ability to influence and drive initiatives, required
• Ability to leverage data to drive decision making, required
• Proficiency in negotiating offers while balancing business needs, required
