Sr Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid) • Salary range: $125,100.00 – $152,900.00

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding search strategy, candidate evaluation, compensation considerations, and market talent trends.
• Lead a structured and engaging selection process from initial sourcing through final decision.
• Promote a positive candidate experience with timely updates and a personalized approach.
• Collaborate across functions with Early Career, Talent Attraction, People Experience, and other Talent Acquisition colleagues to improve outcomes and share insights.
• Work with the Talent Attraction team to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to draw high-caliber internal and external talent.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide talent initiatives.

Requirements

• Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong competency-based interview techniques and the ability to present qualified slates to stakeholders.
• Solid business acumen and influencing skills to guide decision-making and hiring outcomes.
• Data-driven approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Analytical problem-solver who remains adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate depends on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay. The range is $125,100.00 – $152,900.00.
