Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Goodwin Living is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen recruiting outcomes for clinical teams. In this onsite role in Alexandria, VA, you will design and manage creative hiring approaches, lead full-cycle recruitment, and partner across functions to build talent pipelines that support future staffing needs.

With a salary of USD 75,000 per year and a requirement of at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, this position is designed for a detail-oriented recruiter who can manage multiple priorities while staying current on healthcare hiring trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for CNAs, nurses, and other clinical positions.
• Develop and implement pipeline-building strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Department, using online platforms.
• Represent Goodwin Living at job fairs and networking events.
• Host in-house job fairs and present to students completing their Goodwin Living clinical rotation.
• Conduct interviews, screening calls, and candidate assessments.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to leadership.
• Stay informed on healthcare recruiting trends, provider workforce challenges, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication/presentation skills.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
