Job Description

The Support Center Recruiter at CAVA leads end-to-end hiring for corporate Support Center roles, working closely with hiring managers and People & Culture partners to source strong candidates, run structured screening and assessment, and coordinate interviews. This position also supports long-term talent pipeline building using recruiting metrics and assessment tools.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Support Center roles, including phone screens, candidate assessments, interview scheduling and coordination, and partnership with hiring managers for offer decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals.
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies such as social media, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
  • Use company assessment tools to improve quality of hire and ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics using HARRI and other recruiting tools.
  • Maintain an expectational, positive, and engaging candidate experience through clear and timely communication with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Partner with People and Culture and onboarding teams to support a smooth new-hire transition.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on recruiting industry trends, labor market insights, and best practices.
  • Support special projects including interview training, referral programs, DEI recruiting initiatives, and system upgrades.
  • Represent CAVA at local job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment.
  • Strong sourcing capability, including experience filling high-volume, multi-location leadership roles.
  • Ability to advise and influence operational partners throughout the hiring process.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; HARRI familiarity is a plus.
  • Commitment to identifying great talent and building meaningful candidate connections.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for events and market support.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to maintain a stationary position to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and assess details.
  • Ability to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds for certain positions.
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively.
  • Ability to constantly move as required to support ordinary restaurant, food production, or office operations.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Compensation and Location

Location: Washington, DC (onsite). Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 per year. Experience: 2 years minimum.
