Job Description
This contract Talent Acquisition Advisor role is onsite in Wichita, KS, within Bombardier’s human resources function. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and refine the candidate experience to build a strong talent pipeline for priority roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-thinking recruitment plans for key positions.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from needs assessment and posting through sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Perform market intelligence to advise managers on trends and hiring practices.
- Utilize technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.
- Design proactive candidate generation programs to sustain a robust talent pipeline.
- Contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects, including employer branding and process improvements.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and reinforce the company brand.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend actions to improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including handling complex and high-volume roles.

How to Thrive in This Role
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, including complex and high-volume roles.
- Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry is preferred; experience in a unionized environment is a strong asset.
- Capacity to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Team-oriented, results-driven, with demonstrated influencing skills and stakeholder relationship-building.
- Strong client focus and an innovative mindset.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and digital tools, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices.
