Responsibilities
- Post approved job requisitions to recruiting sources and keep postings accurate
- Review resumes and screen applicants against defined requirements
- Conduct initial phone screens and document candidate qualifications
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools within the applicant tracking system
- Support candidate sourcing through job boards, referrals, recruiting platforms, and community outreach
- Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting activities
- Prepare and send pre-boarding documents to prospective candidates
- Initiate and track background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment steps
- Audit pre-employment and onboarding documentation for compliance and accuracy
- Assist with new hire onboarding activities including I-9 verification, orientation prep, and paperwork
- Maintain candidate, recruiting, and employee records in ATS and HRIS systems
- Update recruiting metrics, reports, and hiring trackers
- Respond to candidate inquiries with timely communication throughout the process
- Support HR administrative duties including employee file maintenance and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 1 to 2 years of recruiting, human resources, or related experience preferred
- Experience with ATS, HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards to build talent pipelines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast paced manufacturing setting
- Customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident in compliance with ITAR regulations

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
