Job Description

RedSail Technologies, LLC offers a hybrid Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Spartanburg, SC. The position carries a salary of USD 85,000 - 100,000 per year and requires a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field along with at least five years of experience. The successful candidate will serve as the organization’s talent acquisition subject matter expert, partnering with business leaders and HR to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an efficient, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for open roles, from intake discussions to job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, offer creation, and guiding onboarding.
  • Collaborate with leaders to define hiring needs, clarify role requirements, and craft recruiting strategies aligned with team and organizational goals.
  • Direct hiring managers to prioritize openings, set search plans, and accelerate timely, high-quality hires.
  • Prospect active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, social platforms, referrals, and additional sourcing channels.
  • Screen applicants, assess qualifications and fit, and conduct initial candidate evaluations based on experience and role needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and handle logistics to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and the interview panel.
  • Lead interview debriefs and assist leaders in evaluating candidates, collecting feedback, and making informed decisions.
  • Draft and present offers in collaboration with leadership and HR, and manage communications through acceptance and pre-employment steps.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS and document recruiting activity appropriately.
  • Track performance using core metrics such as pipeline activity, time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction; share insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Develop and sustain talent pipelines for key and recurring roles to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction through outreach, networking, events, social media, and candidate relationship management.
  • Assess and manage relationships with recruiting agencies, search firms, and vendors to optimize outcomes.
  • Champion fair and inclusive hiring practices and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent market conditions, recruiting strategies, and best practices; collaborate with HR to align recruiting with workforce plans and business priorities.
  • Provide guidance to leaders and HR partners across intake, selection, offers, and hiring decisions.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting processes, documentation, templates, and training materials to ensure a consistent hiring experience.
  • Design and deliver interview training for leaders and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team on talent initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
  • Serve as the administrator and owner of the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and effective utilization.
  • Develop and communicate recruiting metrics, trends, and workforce insights to support business decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled tools to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, interview guides, and hiring resources.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to interpret recruiting data and use analytics to drive hiring decisions and process improvements.
  • Experience recruiting across technical, corporate, customer-facing, and operational functions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
