Talent Acquisition Partner

Pelican Products, Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner in Torrance, CA onsite to manage full-cycle recruiting across the organization, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, collaborating with leaders to build high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for professional, technical, manufacturing, and operational roles
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top active and passive talent
• Build robust talent pipelines through networking, market research, referrals, social media, and recruiting technologies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft effective recruiting plans
• Coordinate and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews across all stages
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor, coaching managers on recruiting best practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
• Create compelling job advertisements, recruiting campaigns, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from application through onboarding
• Collaborate with Human Resources and business leaders to maintain accurate job descriptions and hiring requirements
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Leverage ATS, sourcing tools, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to improve outcomes
• Support onboarding activities and help ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle, in-house Corporate Recruiter within a similar organization, recruiting across departments and roles from entry level to senior leadership
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Boolean searches, passive recruitment, social media strategies, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven ability to strategize and operate effectively in a high-volume corporate recruiting environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well versed in utilizing various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRMs
