You will help shape talent strategy in a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment, delivering a seamless recruiting process and timely talent delivery. Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time talent delivery by effectively leveraging sourcing strategies
- Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR partners; understand hiring needs, capabilities, and knowledge gaps across supported teams
- Lead the delivery of a seamless end-to-end recruitment process and contribute to process improvements
- Drive proactive talent pipelining with multi-channel sourcing targeting passive candidates in warehouse, logistics, and leadership roles
- Conduct market mapping and competitor intelligence to identify emerging talent pools and outreach strategies for a steady pipeline
- Develop and nurture candidate leads through relevant hiring communities and events
- Deliver superior experiences for hiring managers and candidates
- Increase Maersk brand visibility as an Employer of Choice by supporting the talent attraction strategy
- Advocate diversity hiring initiatives to help achieve diversity goals
- Serve as a subject matter expert on talent demographics, market trends, and competitive intelligence
- Develop and maintain a network of sources to identify qualified warehouse candidates
- Initiate contact with qualified candidates via applications and proactive headhunting
- Work onsite at warehouse locations to facilitate candidate applications
- Conduct interviews to assess qualifications and fit for roles
- Maintain relationships with schools, alumni groups, and public organizations; represent the company at job fairs and events
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates
- Facilitate offers to selected candidates
- Handle administrative tasks required as part of the hiring process
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Extensive experience sourcing and headhunting passive candidates
- Candidate-centric mindset
- Flexible mindset and ability to adapt in a changing work environment
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Workday experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
