What you’ll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles across multiple functions and levels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify business needs, define candidate profiles, and build recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates, including passive talent, for specialized and difficult-to-fill roles.
- Screen and assess candidates for experience, capabilities, motivation, and fit with the role and team.
- Advise hiring managers throughout the process with market insights, candidate recommendations, and practical guidance.
- Help ensure interview teams are prepared with the information and resources needed for effective, consistent interviews.
- Provide a responsive, positive recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining accurate, timely documentation.
- Lead offer discussions and coordinate pre-employment activities, including handoff to onboarding.
- Share regular updates on pipeline health, recruiting activity, market challenges, and search strategy, adjusting as needed.
- Flex as required to support recruiting for the Operations team.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with proven success recruiting professional and technical talent across functions and levels.
- Experience recruiting across areas such as Sales, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, or other specialized functions.
- Ability to independently run searches from intake through sourcing, offer acceptance, and beyond.
- Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates proactively.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and leaders across recruiting and selection.
- Strong judgment to assess talent beyond resumes and clearly communicate recommendations.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Capability to manage multiple searches and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying highly responsive.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
