Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) will support Qcells in Cartersville, GA (hybrid) by designing and executing recruiting strategies for highly technical and engineering roles. This position manages full-cycle talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and transition into onboarding.
Role Overview
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will build tailored sourcing and hiring plans aligned with business goals. The role emphasizes proactive candidate engagement, careful evaluation of technical fit, and consistent candidate communication through the interview process and onboarding handoff.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to develop and implement sourcing and hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, social media, and internal referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, maintain clear candidate communications, and support a smooth transition into onboarding for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing priorities and team dynamics.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and source quality to improve pipeline strategy and meet contract deliverables.
- Represent Qcells in the market to support employer brand strength and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
- Stay current on modern talent acquisition trends, best practices, and relevant state and federal employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct talent acquisition or recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive tech or engineering candidates across multiple platforms and channels.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate metrics, interpret recruitment data, and provide informed hiring recommendations.
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Baseline knowledge of current employment laws and standard hiring regulations.
