Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract

Hitachi Energy seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner on a temporary contract to source, screen, and build talent pipelines in collaboration with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teammates and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Design and execute sourcing plans to identify qualified active and passive candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract talent.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments against defined job requirements.
• Lead phone and virtual screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and interest levels.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed screening summaries and recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights to recruiting teams and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Strong experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating talent.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates across multiple functions and industries.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiredScore, Paradox, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a distributed team environment.
