Job Description
General Motors is looking for a Talent Acquisition Process and Enablement Lead to guide the evolution of talent acquisition practices across its global organization. Based in Warren, Michigan with remote capabilities, this role focuses on driving process improvement, enablement, and operational initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency within GM’s Global Talent Acquisition function. The position offers a salary range of USD 88,100 to 140,700 per year.

Responsibilities
- Lead change management efforts for talent acquisition initiatives, including developing communication plans, engaging stakeholders, building training materials, creating quick reference guides (QRGs), and tracking adoption.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, leverage technology to reduce manual work, boost productivity, and support the optimization of the TA toolset to meet hiring needs globally.
- Plan, execute, and launch process and enablement initiatives by translating strategic priorities into measurable operational outcomes.
- Design and facilitate training sessions that equip recruiting teams with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to work consistently and effectively.
- Provide data-informed recommendations and continuously seek opportunities to improve operational effectiveness across the talent acquisition function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related function
- Proven track record leading process improvement initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization
- Experience with change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training development
- Proficiency with Workday (ATS) and other applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and operational recommendations
