Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is an onsite role based in Saint Paul, MN, overseeing full-cycle recruitment across Minnesota. The position covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding coordination, and reporting, with travel as needed to support hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, resume screening, and candidate interviews to fill roles across Minnesota.
- Draft employment advertisements and identify the most effective external sources to attract qualified applicants.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies through advertising campaigns, job fairs, and campus or school programs.
- Monitor recruitment and retention metrics and prepare management reports to inform decision making.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, manage confidential documents and applicant files, and maintain records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with others.
- Proficiency with social media recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and Excel.
- Demonstrated commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
- Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven recommendations.

Compensation
Base salary: USD 56,000 per year
