Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to capture role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and additional online channels.
Develop and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with emphasis on repeat or high-volume positions.
Lead video and on-site interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and fit for the role.
Deliver a positive, consistent candidate journey across the recruitment process.
Maintain precise candidate records and hiring activity in Workday.
Partner with recruiting peers and People Experience teams (HR, Compensation, Operations).
Assist with recruiting initiatives, events, or projects as required.

Requirements

Three or more years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in tech, software, or SaaS, either in-house or agency setting.
Proficient in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search methods.
Experience with applicant tracking systems or candidate management tools; Workday experience is a plus.
Strong interview skills with the ability to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential.
Open to adopting new recruiting technologies, including AI-powered tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Customer-centric orientation with a commitment to delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Organized and detail-focused, capable of juggling multiple roles concurrently.
Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and contributes where needed.
Motivated by helping candidates find the right opportunity and closing offers successfully.
