Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Field Operations at DJ's Landscape Management drives high-volume recruitment across multiple regions. Collaborating with HR and operations leaders, the role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. This onsite position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with a yearly salary range of $55,000 to $65,000.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for field operations and related roles across several regions
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align hiring needs and timelines
• Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines
• Oversee job postings, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening processes
• Coordinate hiring decisions with leadership and provide support to decision-makers
• Monitor hiring activity and contribute to reports on metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline activity
• Ensure precise recruiting data entry and maintenance within the applicant tracking system
• Support new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Assist with uniform coordination to ensure new hires are ready for start

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for high-volume environments
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles or locations
• Ability to craft sourcing strategies and develop strong candidate pipelines
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards, with Indeed preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with leaders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and reliable follow-through to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting best practices
