Responsibilities

• Forge strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR to design and drive recruitment strategies, acting as the main contact for external and internal talent.
• Oversee the full lifecycle recruiting process to support the organization’s hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop and execute recruitment plans, and apply strategic, creative methods to attract top talent.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of full-cycle activities, including sourcing candidates and posting positions.
• Demonstrate a service-oriented approach while managing high-volume roles across field, exempt, and corporate tracks, and building robust talent pipelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of related experience.
