Job Description
Project HOME is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join its Philadelphia team in a hybrid capacity, focusing on full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and building diverse candidate pipelines that support our mission. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate needs into effective hiring strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The role offers a salary range of $63,031 to $74,154 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field plus a minimum of five years of recruiting experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand departmental needs and align recruitment plans with Project HOME’s mission.
- Serve as a trusted advisor across the recruitment lifecycle, guiding job postings, sourcing methods, search firm engagements, social media outreach, and recruitment advertising.
- Contribute to the development, refinement, and execution of efficient and equitable recruitment processes.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensure accurate candidate dispositioning, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and highly qualified talent pool.
- Represent Project HOME at career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities.
- Assess recruiting effectiveness and propose innovative approaches to continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support hiring initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent direct work experience.
- Minimum of five years of recruiting experience.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers on recruitment and other HR matters in a dynamic, fast‑paced, diverse environment.
- Strong business acumen in social services, low‑income housing, and/or healthcare to engage credibly with management and staff.
- Proven ability to collaborate with executives, line managers, and third‑party providers/contractors.
- Excellent organizational, customer service, presentation/facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytic tools.
- Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, and a customer service orientation.
