Job Description

Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is expanding its talent team with a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Boca Raton, FL, offering hybrid work options. This role oversees full lifecycle recruiting with a focus on early- and mid-career professionals, building a strong talent pipeline and advising the business on market trends and compliance for assigned regions. It supports hybrid/remote work and can be based at North America East locations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the full recruiting lifecycle from candidate sourcing and initial screening to interviewing and final placement.
  • Develops innovative sourcing plans to proactively identify and evaluate high-caliber candidates.
  • Collaborates with business leaders to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives aligned with growth goals and broader representation.
  • Owns the candidate experience, collects feedback, and keeps candidates and hiring managers informed on progress.
  • Builds regional relationships and regularly engages with hiring managers to understand needs and propose effective, strategic recruiting approaches.
  • Cultivates durable partnerships with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to forecast and fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Runs a compliant recruiting process for both active and passive candidates, using an applicant tracking system to manage roles and applicants.
  • Reviews workflows and suggests improvements to keep the recruitment process efficient, effective, and aligned with business needs.
  • Employs diverse sourcing methods to attract both active and passive candidates, including referrals, boards, online outreach, social channels, industry groups, and community organizations to cultivate a broad talent pool.
  • Keeps up with market and industry trends and shares actionable recommendations.
  • May participate in additional recruitment programs, such as diversity initiatives, campus outreach, immigration support, and manager training programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with a proven track record of relationship-building.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
