Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Hybrid role in Atlanta, GA with a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000. United Derm Partners is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support current and future hiring needs by building strong candidate pipelines and partnering closely with Recruiters on sourcing strategy. You will play a key role in helping the organization fill hard-to-fill physician and other provider-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel management for the candidate process, including sourcing passive talent through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, and use of existing talent pool databases.
• Partner with Recruiters to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies that drive proactive candidate flow and align with overall recruiting goals.
• Manage multiple open searches at the same time, supporting all openings and Recruiters as needed.
• Create, deliver, and present talent market intelligence and data reports for Recruiters, which may include geographic analysis, competitive intelligence, and available candidate analysis.
• Consistently document and expand sourcing resources, including websites, user groups, residency and APP training programs, and other tools used to identify talent.

Requirements

• Strong experience with candidate screening, interviewing, and selection techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting hiring initiatives.
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism when handling confidential data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience recruiting across multiple locations or regions, specifically for specialty physicians.

Physical demands: Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous activities of a primarily administrative nature. Includes sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
