Job Description
Apex Southeast Regional Co is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Sourcer to support recruiting across the Atlanta Metro for trade and indirect roles.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates daily across job boards (including Indeed and ZipRecruiter), iCIMS inbound applications, referrals, and community or trade school partnerships
- Review resumes and applications to reject unqualified candidates and send prescreen links to qualified applicants
- Conduct cold calls to candidates and schedule prescreens in partnership with the Senior Recruiter
- Manage candidate status updates through the pipeline stages (Phone Screen, Interview Requested, Interviewing, Offer, Onboarding, Started, Final Disposition) using Monday.com
- Move completed hires and no-shows to the correct final status in iCIMS
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and send interview confirmation communications
- Follow up daily with hiring managers on interview outcomes, then move candidates to the correct stage
- Own requisition administration tasks, including opening new requisitions, submitting approval requests to leadership, and reconciling open headcount with reporting tools
- Support end-to-end hiring event planning, including posting requisitions, setting up sign-in and scheduling tools, creating flyers, and coordinating swag and event logistics
- Source and invite candidates in the weeks leading up to each hiring event
- Staff hiring events on-site: check in candidates, route resumes to hiring managers, and track interview flow
- Compile post-event data (RSVPs, attendees, offers) to analyze show rates and interview-to-offer ratios
- Maintain accurate candidate data, system workflows, and KPI dashboards (prescreens, interviews, hires, sourcing contacts) in Monday.com
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruiting recap materials for leadership meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or high-volume administration and scheduling preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously and support multiple business verticals across three states
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS or similar), CRMs, Monday.com or comparable project management tools, recruiting platforms (including Indeed, Zip, LinkedIn), and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for candidate and hiring manager correspondence
- Sales experience is required
- Ability to work on-site M-F and attend hiring events, including some evening or weekend hours as needed
- Travel to other states within the market
- Familiarity with trades recruiting (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus

Position Summary
- Handles administrative tasks and supports the recruitment process through strong relationship-building with partners
- Supports the full recruiting lifecycle for trade and indirect positions, from sourcing and prescreening through onboarding
- Partners with hiring managers, the Senior Recruiter, and Talent Acquisition leadership to keep the pipeline moving, maintain accurate applicant tracking, and support hiring events across the region

Location: Peachtree City, GA (Onsite) | Salary: USD 50,000 - 60,000 per year
