Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiter
Job Description
BridgeWork Partners seeks an entry-level Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiter to support recruiting efforts in the Carrollton, TX onsite environment. The role sources candidates, screens applicants, and coordinates interviews across multiple projects, with growth potential as responsibilities expand.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and proactive outbound outreach
- Conduct initial phone conversations to assess skills, availability, compensation expectations, and role fit
- Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track candidate pipelines, outreach activity, and interview progress using Excel and internal tools
- Maintain consistent candidate communications to provide a positive, professional experience
- Support recruiters and leadership across multiple hiring projects and clients
- Follow established recruiting processes while adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Gain exposure to all areas of the recruiting lifecycle with opportunities for increased responsibility over time
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree a plus)
- Interest in recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment
- Excel proficiency for tracking, updating data, and basic reporting
- Word and Outlook for professional communication and documentation
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and adaptable to new systems and processes
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
