Job Description

Charger Logistics Inc is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting and support recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities onsite in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment from job posting creation through candidate sourcing, interviews, offer extension, and onboarding coordination
  • Use ATS systems, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing tools to identify, engage, and manage candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to confirm recruitment needs, define job requirements, and support selection decisions
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including:
    • Developing selection criteria
    • Crafting interview questions
    • Conducting initial screenings
    • Collaborating with hiring managers to interview candidates
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies tailored to role and business requirements
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication throughout the process
  • Stay current on market trends, recruiting best practices, and new recruiting technologies to continually improve hiring efforts
  • Prepare and extend offers, including preparing and sending offer packages
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support seamless onboarding for new hires
  • Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain talent
  • Provide guidance and training to management and staff on recruitment, selection, and retention best practices
  • Develop, maintain, and update recruitment and selection policies to align with current employment legislation and best practices
  • Ensure recruitment and selection processes comply with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or Business (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house capacity
  • Proven ability to use recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, social media, and sourcing tools
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  • Support the HR department with HR projects and initiatives
  • Advise managers with best practices and relevant human rights and employment legislation related to Recruitment and Selection
  • Participate in career and job fairs, representing Charger Logistics in recruitment initiatives and networking opportunities
  • Regularly update, maintain, and review job descriptions to ensure they remain accurate and aligned with business needs
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities in retention strategies
  • Maintain and promote health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with Charger’s health and safety practices
  • Support alignment of recruitment strategies with the company’s overall goals and objectives
