Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sunbeam Family Services is hiring a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Specialist in Oklahoma City to help scale staffing through candidate sourcing, screening, and interview support.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and related channels
• Review resumes and job applications to screen for relevant fit
• Run interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates within the hiring schedule
• Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Produce analytical and well documented recruiting reports for the broader team
• Coordinate with HR to assist with scheduling interviews across a variety of roles

Requirements

• Experience as a Recruiter
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands-on experience with selection processes such as phone interviewing and reference checks
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with Paycom software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management
• High school or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40.0 per week
