Technical Recruiter

Entegee is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Engineering Recruiter) to support end-to-end candidate hiring workflows in North Billerica, MA. In this onsite role, you will source and qualify talent, evaluate candidates through interviews and reference checks, and help align applicants to client job requirements while also supporting the sales team with leads and referrals.

What you’ll do

• Contact candidates through calling, texting, and email to assess qualifications.
• Conduct interviews, analyze responses, verify references, and match talent to job requirements.
• Build strong candidate rapport and use referrals to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Research and test new recruiting tools, job boards, and forums to improve sourcing.
• Generate leads and referrals to support the sales team in meeting client needs.
• Handle hiring paperwork, including E-Verify and I-9 forms, plus client-required screenings such as drug tests and background checks.
• Share ideas, strategies, and solutions during team meetings.

Role details

• Location: North Billerica, MA (onsite), in person
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (5 days in office; no hybrid/remote option stated)
• Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
• Pay range: $47,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
