Vendor Recruiting Specialist (FAS)

The Vendor Recruiting Specialist (FAS) supports training initiatives by finding, vetting, and partnering with external education and training vendors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit educational vendors, including curriculum developers, training facilitators, and e-learning platforms.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential vendors to support current and upcoming training needs.
• Assess vendor qualifications using structured evaluations such as assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Build and sustain vendor relationships to ensure alignment with defined quality standards.
• Monitor industry trends to identify and recommend innovative learning solutions.
• Work with internal teams to match vendor capabilities to training requirements and strategic goals.
• Ensure vendor activities follow policies, applicable regulations, and procurement processes.
• Prepare and share reporting on vendor recruitment activity, contracts, and vendor performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of experience.
• Minimum experience: 2 years.
