Recruiting Specialist

Capstone is building its recruiting capacity to support full-cycle hiring across a defined group of roles. In this hybrid position in Bend, OR, the Recruiting Specialist partners with hiring managers from requisition intake through offer and onboarding handoff while keeping day-to-day recruiting operations running smoothly.

You will coordinate sourcing, screening, and interview logistics, manage job advertising across multiple channels, and maintain accurate recruiting data. The role also includes working with remote staffing needs and contract vendor relationships to support consistent hiring volume across service lines.

What you will do

• Support requisition intake, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for assigned open roles.
• Help maintain a steady flow of hiring across the firm’s service lines.
• Post and maintain job ads across job boards, social platforms, and the company career page; review and respond to all applications.
• Keep the applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date.
• Maintain recruiting reports including pipeline, funnel, and lifecycle metrics for leadership review.

What you bring

• Associate’s degree (or coursework) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 1 to 2 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience; professional services experience is a plus.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and Glassdoor.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system and an HRIS platform.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent requisitions.

Compensation

USD 55,000 per year.
