Job Description

For All Seasons, Inc. is seeking a strategic, collaborative, mission-driven Vice President of Human Resources to guide the organization’s people strategy as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. This Easton, MD onsite role partners closely with the President & CEO to shape workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Compensation for this position is USD 100,000 - 115,000 per year. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive HR leadership and a track record of using workforce data to support organizational decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as a strategic member of the Executive Leadership Team and an advisor to the President & CEO.
  • Develop and implement the organization’s HR strategy aligned to overall strategic priorities.
  • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
  • Strengthen organizational culture by promoting engagement, accountability, inclusion, and professional growth.
  • Coach and consult leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and leadership development.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Use workforce data and analytics to inform organizational decision-making.
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR department focused on service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Ten or more years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
  • Proven expertise in employment law, employee relations, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Experience leading organizational change and partnering with senior leadership.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred qualifications
