ImpactBio is expanding its Talent Acquisition efforts in Raleigh, NC, and is seeking a Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter on a contract basis. The role drives full-cycle recruitment for direct hires and contract roles, partnering with Hiring Managers to forecast needs, source and screen candidates, and manage the ATS to keep processes moving smoothly.

Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Life Sciences industry is required.
Education
Associates Degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong service to Hiring Managers and Candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Source, screen, conduct telephone interviews, deliver written assessments, and schedule candidates
- Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines
- Proactively source talent to fill requisitions
- Manage requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate with ImpactBio leadership, Hiring Managers, and candidates in a timely fashion
- Maintain records and reporting for clients and ImpactBio leadership promptly
Requirements
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong network of industry contacts is essential
- Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Life Sciences is required
- Experience recruiting in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries is highly desired
- Experience using an ATS is required
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing avenues
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong telephone, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with computers and technology
