Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Impact Bio is seeking a Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter to operate onsite in Dallas, TX. This contract role emphasizes talent acquisition across direct hire and contract positions, working closely with client Hiring Managers to fulfill staffing needs within the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to both Hiring Managers and Candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Source, screen, conduct telephone interviews, deliver written assessments, and coordinate candidate scheduling
• Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines
• Proactively source and identify talent to fill requisitions
• Manage requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate in a timely manner with ImpactBio leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates
• Maintain all records and reporting for Clients and ImpactBio Leadership in a timely fashion

Requirements

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong network of industry contacts is essential
• Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Life Sciences sector required
• Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical or BioTech industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/networking channels
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong telephone, written, and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with computers and technology
