Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Impact Bio is seeking a motivated Contract Recruiter to support Talent Acquisition within the Life Sciences and Pharma space. This onsite role in Princeton, NJ focuses on full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with client hiring managers to move candidates through each stage efficiently.

You will balance proactive sourcing, structured screening, and recruiting operations, using tools like an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter to keep processes organized and timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both Hiring Managers and Candidates
• Handle end-to-end candidate movement, including sourcing, screening, conducting telephone interviews, providing written assessments, and scheduling candidates
• Meet or exceed recruiting deadlines for assigned requisitions
• Proactively source talent to build and maintain active pipelines
• Manage one or more requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide timely communication to Impact Bio Leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates
• Maintain all records and submit required reporting to Clients and Impact Bio Leadership on schedule

Requirements

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two (2) + years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in the Life Sciences industry required
• Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical and BioTech industry is highly desired
• Strong network of industry contacts required
• Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) required
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other venues for sourcing and networking
• Excellent organization and time management skills required
• Excellent telephone skills required
• Excellent written and communication skills required
• Proficiency with computers and technology required
