Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

ImpactBio is expanding its Talent Acquisition capabilities with a contract role focused on Life Sciences and Pharma recruitment. This onsite position in Brooklyn, NY collaborates with Client Hiring Managers to source, screen, and place candidates for direct hire or contract roles, handling the full recruitment lifecycle within Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Hiring Managers and Candidates
• Source, screen, conduct telephone interviews, deliver written assessments, and schedule candidates
• Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines
• Proactively source talent
• Manage requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate with ImpactBio leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates in a timely manner
• Maintain all records and reporting for Clients and ImpactBio Leadership in a timely manner

Requirements

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Life Sciences
• Strong network of industry contacts
• Experience recruiting in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industries (highly desired)
• Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) required
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/networking venues
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong telephone skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and technology
