Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Impact Bio is seeking a Life Sciences and Pharma contract recruiter to lead full-cycle talent acquisition on a contract basis. This onsite role in Los Angeles, CA focuses on Direct Hire and Contract positions within Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals, partnering with Hiring Managers to build pipelines, screen candidates, and steer the selection process.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Hiring Managers and candidates
• Source, screen, conduct telephone interviews, provide written assessments, and schedule candidates
• Meet or exceed recruiting deadlines
• Proactively source talent
• Manage requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate with Impact Bio leadership, Hiring Managers, and candidates in a timely manner
• Maintain records and reporting for clients and Impact Bio leadership in a timely manner

Requirements

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong network of industry contacts
• Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Life Sciences industry
• Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech sector is highly desirable
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/networking platforms
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong telephone skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and technology
