Job Description
Based in Savannah, Georgia, HSS Hospitality Staffing Solutions is seeking an Account Supervisor/Recruiter Bilinguall to lead on-site hospitality staffing for our clients. This role blends strong client management with hands-on recruiting, onboarding, and employee-relations support to ensure reliable delivery of workforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and ongoing management of HSS's hospitality workforce solution.
- Develop proactive recruiting plans and expand networks to fill current and upcoming openings; engage channel partners as needed; post community recruitment materials; assist with social media sourcing.
- Maintain daily contact with clients to ensure staffing goals are met; visit client properties as required.
- Continue pursuing new business opportunities within assigned properties.
- Monitor open and filled orders daily and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to arrange training for candidates lacking necessary experience.
- Onboard new hires through training and ongoing supervision.
- Verify completion of background checks, drug screens, and all new-hire paperwork before start.
- Lead and manage candidate interviews.
- Address performance and employee-relations concerns promptly for assignment-based staff.
- Prepare daily activity reports and related administrative tasks for hiring, hours tracking, and payroll; process weekly payroll by deadlines.
- Update the system with all meetings and communications for clients and talent.
- Lead weekly safety meetings and provide training to property teams, documenting safety sessions as required.
- Attend property morning meetings regularly.
- Deliver timely follow-up and clear communication to clients and employees to ensure excellent service.
- Process workers' compensation incident forms as needed and coordinate with Risk to close claims.
- Manage assigned tasks and projects as directed.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hotel Management, General Studies, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Previous staffing-industry experience with on-site management responsibilities.
- Approximately 50 to 75 percent travel within the local area.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid car insurance, a driver’s license, and reliable transportation suitable for work.
