Associate IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Track candidate progress using Bullhorn ATS and maintain accurate records.
• Develop innovative sourcing approaches through social media recruitment, cold outreach, research, and talent pools to surface qualified candidates.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand staffing needs and support employer branding efforts.
• Execute high-volume technical recruitment campaigns across multiple channels, including social platforms and job boards.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR standards throughout every stage of recruitment.
• Apply effective negotiation skills to align candidate expectations with role terms.

Requirements

• As an Associate, you will collaborate with a Senior Technical Recruiter to master full-cycle IT recruiting, with training and tools provided to progress into a full Recruiter role.

• Tech-Savvy: quick to learn new software and technical concepts; coder experience is not required.
• Competitive background from athletics, sales, or other high-stakes settings is a plus.
• Location and Hours: Leawood, KS; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; onsite.
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level.
• Compensation: Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume calls with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.

Compensation

• Salary: 45,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD per year
